closure database (RiceDFOC) !

     RiceDFOC aims fo collect, systematize, exhibit genes related to florets opening and closure in rice, enabling users to: (i) query basic information on published genes influence florets opening and closure and lodicules volume, water content and sugar content among the florets opening and closure process; (ii) explore the genes expression patterns involved in florets opening and closure; (iii) screen for core candidate TFs and perform genes co-expression relationship; and (iv) search, browse and batch download candidate genes information.
